I've been seeing Dr. Cortez for many years. She's the absolute best, Dr. and has helped me regain my health. Prior to her, I had gone to many doctors, and for over 15 years I searched for a diagnosis to no avail, and it only took her the time spent waiting for my lab results to finally diagnose me. Yes, she is busy, yes you may have to wait. But she's the best and everyone deserves and wants the best. If your health is your priority, be patient.

I have been coming to this office for almost a year and have never had anything but amazing experiences! Ashlie took my new patient call and explained exactly what to expect from my first visit. Hannah is always there to greet me with a smile when I arrive. When I check out the ladies are always helpful to make sure if I need a returning appointment and are happy to get me scheduled. I have been seeing Ann for my hormone therapy. She is always there to hear how things are going and to give me options as to not make me feel pushed in one direction. She always has my best interest at heart! She loves what she does and it shows. At this appointment I was lucky enough to meet Azar! I received the best facial ever! I didn’t know exactly what I needed or wanted so she explained my skin to me and her recommendations were spot on (and no they weren’t just high dollar products)! My face has never felt so good! You are missing out if you are not at this office where they treat you like family! Highly recommend them.

The younger check-in lady with glasses at the front desk was very friendly, but talking with her was the only positive experience I had here. I scheduled an appointment in April to get labs done to check my hormones and other things. They couldn’t get me in till late August, which was fine. I went in for my appointment, and was told I was scheduled for a well-woman exam. As someone with medical anxiety (especially women’s health-related), this triggered a panic attack because I wasn’t expecting that kind of appointment. After I told them about the mix-up, the friendly facade was dropped. The nurse became very short with me, and the two women who were in the room to do my labs barely said a word to me. I often pass out when I get my blood drawn, and normally I tell the staff, but she started drawing before she even addressed me or spoke to me, so I didn’t get the chance to let her know. I went back to discuss my labs a month later, and waited 30 minutes only for a woman to come in and hastily read through my lab results like she was in a rush. She also tried to sell me on hormone treatments even though all of my hormone levels were perfectly fine and I told her I wasn’t interested, she still tried to push it and had a condescending tone the entire time. Both of my appointments were very stressful and unpleasant, and I will not be going back. I highly recommend finding a different provider.

I can’t recommend them enough! My first visit was in April 2022, and within the first 3 to 6 months I felt so much better! Everyone is so helpful and they listen to your concerns and symptoms, and if you don’t want to take traditional medicine, they help you find natural alternatives! For years, I kept telling my doctors I didn’t feel right, and they take bloodwork and simply say everything was “normal”. This team of medical professionals takes a deeper dive and looks at a wide range of things, and then each three months they see what’s gone right and what could be tweaked a bit. A year and a half later I’m a changed person. I feel really great and it’s all because of them! Women don’t need to suffer as they get older when they have people like this in their corner.

Dr. Olga Cortez is the worse doctor my wife has ever seen. My wife and I went to her office few years ago and we still remember how we were badly mistreated by Dr cortez and her team. She is inpatient and lack professionalism as a doctor and seemed she doesn’t want to help the patient at all. We were so disappointed to choose her. We would never recommend her to anyone.

This place is absolutely amazing! All staff members are super attentive and amazing medical professionals. From front office staff to the nurses and doctors I have always had a wonderful experience here. There is never a time that I wasn’t taken care of and able to get the correct treatment I needed. I will always recommend this place!

After spending an hour and 15 minutes and waiting 3.5 months for an appointment here, they cancelled the appointment. I was originally scheduled 2 days ago and the appointment was rescheduled due to a power outage after driving 40 minutes of the 1 hour drive. I made accommodations with work twice and was still turned away based off of factors I could not control. I would not recommend this place due to the complete and utter disregard of patient’s time. Hannah in particular had nothing to say other than “try to get here” after sitting in traffic on 380 for 30 minutes due to a broken traffic light. Terrible experience.
